Orders, Shipping & Delivery
“In Stock” is not indicative of stock levels present in store at the garden centre but they are available for online ordering and delivery/pick-up. If you wish to check in store availability of a particular plant please Contact us.
Payments are not automatic and will only be processed manually once availability of plants/trees ordered is confirmed.
In Store Pickup
Orders can be processed online and collected from our East Maitland store without any shipping or handling fee. When selecting “Store Pick-up” for collection please be aware that the order cannot be collected until you have received a confirmation email stating the order is ready for pick-up. In some cases please allow up to 48 hours for confirmation. If you require the plant/tree for collection sooner than this we recommend calling us on (02) 4036155 to check current in store availability before ordering.
If Delivery is selected – please note that we will call you to arrange a suitable day for delivery. Delivery may take up to 10 days unless discussed otherwise.
Delivery Cost is as per postcode calculator. If your postcode is not available for selection, then please Contact us for a quote.
Most products & plants are delivered via van – there is no additional charge per item.

Cancelling An Order
To cancel an order - all cancellations must be in writing so please drop us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the order you are cancelling. We will send you a confirmation email and advise of any action you are required to undertake. Shipping costs will be charged & admin fees applied if the cancellation is done after the order, or a part of the order, has been dispatched. In such circumstances the item will be received by the customer & returned to us at the customer's cost as well as incurring costs as previously mentioned.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Safe, easy & secure! We use Paypal to facilitate your secure online payment. You can use your paypal account to make payment using your nominated bank account or credit card.
You can also make payment using Visa, Mastercard or Amex credit cards in our secure site. If you wish to direct deposit, please phone us on (02) 4036155 for our banking details.
Returns & Replacements
Returned or damaged goods
We guarantee to replace, exchange or refund any goods that are delivered to you damaged or faulty. This guarantee requires you to inform us immediately of the problem by emailing us at email@example.com. You must await a confirmation email regarding your return before shipping item to us.
Incorrectly described goods
We guarantee to exchange or refund any goods that do not match the description on our website. This guarantee requires you to inform us immediately of the problem by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You must await a confirmation email regarding your return before shipping item to us.
You can return anything you're not happy with within 7 days of receiving it provided you have contacted us within 24 hours of receipt by emailing us at email@example.com. You must await a confirmation email regarding your return before shipping item to us. This policy only applies to items that remain unused. Costs of returning an item to us under these circumstances are the responsibility of the purchaser. Until we receive the goods you are returning, they are your responsibility. For your protection and peace of mind, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service to return things.
Plants and living goods may not be returned unless they were not as described, and this must be made aware to us on (02) 4036155 within 24 hours of receiving the goods. After this time, returns on plant life will not be accepted due to external care factors playing such a large part in quality.
A full refund will be issued when the item is returned to us in its original condition, in its original packaging when all of the above conditions have been complied with.
If the item has been damaged, used or is not returned in its original packaging, we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value if the item needs to be reduced in price for resale. If an item is deemed unsaleable, no refund will be issued.
